Good mornin to you my brethren.

It’s helpful for Christians to know what to expect regarding end times.

You see, “dispensationalists” have convinced some large percentage of Christians that we will escape the great tribulation by a “pre trib” rapture.
But that doctrine (as convenient as it may sound), simply isn’t taught in scripture.
(It’s a false doctrine that’s a concoction of Zionists. It’s a doctrine that got traction in the modern church in the early 1900s via the corrupt Scofield reference bible).

We will be raptured however, but it’ll happen at the end of the world when Christ returns, prior to God’s wrath being poured out.

The next big end-times prophesy event to look for is a 3rd temple (which is yet to be built) in Jerusalem. [The previous two temples were destroyed].
After that new temple is built, that’s where the antichrist will sit in power, declaring himself to be God prior to the return of Christ.

I believe the antichrist will be a professing Jew.

Why do I believe that?

It’s because the Jews are still looking for Messiah, (remember they rejected the real One). Therefore they’ll be accepting a false Christ (antichrist) to be their leader.
Additionally, I can’t imagine them letting any non-Jew sit in authority in their temple in Jerusalem.

2 Thessalonians 2.1-4

“Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,

2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.”

I hope that helps my brethren understand end-times.

Here’s my article (full of supporting-scripture) that disproves the false doctrine known as the “pre-trib” rapture, and gives the biblical case for a “post-trib” rapture:
