righteousness by the obedience of One

Rest in the finished work of Christ (Heb. 4.3-11), righteousness (Rom. 3.22 & 5.19), forgiveness (Col.2.13 & Rev.1.5), & sanctification (Heb.10.10 & 10.14)

Abominations • warnings • evil, Bible information, encouragement, false prophets, God, guidance for the Christian, heresies / bad religion, Jesus is my love, Key posts / doctrine, scripture, thankfulness, the finished work of Christ

for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name

Consider please the magnitude of what God said in Psalm 138.2:

Psalm 138

1A Psalm of David. I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.

2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

3 In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.

Consider that the spelling of the word “word” in that passage of scripture is spelled with a small “w.” Therefore we know that the written word of God is specifically what’s being referenced rather than the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ.

God has magnified His written word above His names: “I AM,” the “LORD,” “Jehovah,” and the “Lord Jesus Christ.”

That’s astounding isn’t it? Which emphasizes the importance of His word, and it reveals the Satanic influence behind those who marginalize His word.

Have you heard the scholars and modernists (false prophets) who can’t help themselves from stepping on the KJV while they present bible verses from the roman catholic, or Westcott & Hort offspring? (All modern bible versions). Satan is the influencer behind that. Satan desires that you distrust the genuine inspired word of God, (which God magnifies above His very name) and offers you a poison counterfeit instead. Just like he has been doing all along since the garden of Eden.

We Christians should wrap every aspect of our lives in the word of God.

2 Timothy 3

16All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

~

So where are you in relation to the word of God?

Do you stand (as I once did) with the enlightened modern crowd who prefers bible versions that strip away warnings from God, and attack the finished work of Christ?

Don’t be a fool as I once was in believing the marketing lies of modern-bible propaganda.

Join me in boldly embracing the genuine word of God, the authorized king James bible.

  1. Does it bother me that homo-sexual are involved with translating the Bible? Yes It does and that is putting it mildly. Lord Jesus if not homo-sexual and transgender friendly Matthew 15:18-20.

    1John 2:16
For all that is in the world,

1 the lust of the flesh,
2 and the lust of the eyes,
3 and the pride of life,
is not of the Father, but is of the world

    Genesis 3:6
And when the woman saw that

1 the tree was good for food,
2 and that it was pleasant to the eyes,
3 and a tree to be desired to make one wise,

she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

Is Isaiah 14:12 The word Lucifer is not mentioned in the modern translations.
Revelation 22:16 It as if Lord Jesus has fallen from heaven

Revelation 22:16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star

    1. Amen sister to everything you said !!!

That Isaiah 14.12 is also where I look in KJV references.

I’ve seen “morning star” in the reference as an alternate reading for the word “Lucifer.”

So the KJV text is perfect, but publishers will sometimes put corrupt things in the references. So you have to always be on guard.
